Ted & Judy Grant, owners: "After working for and managing other offices, we opened our own office in 1982. Our objective was to provide service to our clients in a business like manner while providing them with the necessary facts to make decisions in the buying/sellling process. We set high standards for our agents and ensured that they had the integrity and ability to meet the required standards. Those that couldn't operate with our system are working elsewhere. We believe we continue to have the best trained, most reliable and professional agents in our market area.

Shortly after opening we purchased the CENTURY 21 franchise for our area. Although it was the top franchise in the world it had become stagnant in our locale. Their systems provided us with the tools to better service our clients and help us reach our objectives. Within one year we became the leader in our market. We continue to hold that position today.

During our second decade the office has continued to grow and modernize. Our participation in the Internet and national advertising programs continues to lead the way in our quest to maintain our leadership in our market. Judy Grant has been a repeated million dollar seller and currently represents buyers and sellers in both the mountains and the Palm Springs markets. The continues to concentrate on management and leadership. Ted Grant was elected to the office of the President of the Mountain Lakes Multiple Listing Service and has served in that position for the past two years."
