This San Moritz area Alpine Chalet is the perfect mountain retreat. It is an easy walk to everything Crestline has to offer and is readily accessible even in snowy conditions (one of the first roads plowed in town). This 2-story home offers off street parking for 4 cars. There is a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining area, game room, 3 bedrooms and bathroom on the main level. There is an additional bedroom, bathroom and the ultimate bar/pool room upstairs. There is central heating and air for year round comfort. Only a short walk to Lake Gregory beach for sunbathing, swimming, paddle boats and a large water slide are open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Fishing in the stocked lake is available year round from the shore or rented row boats. There is also a nature/walking/exercise path that encircles the lake, roughly 3 miles. Located very close to the main drag (Lake Drive) which boasts the grocery store, 7-11 (with Red Box station), bowling alley, Round Table Pizza, McDonalds, Subway, other restaurants, antique, coffee and gift shops, Crestline Home Video, plus the skate park, toddler playground, tennis and basketball courts and library.

ROOM DETAILS / WHAT TO BRING:

• Living Room: couch, love seat, TV, VCR/DVD player, movie library (G-R rated) and book library (children’s books to novels), wood burning fireplace with tools. Bring (optional): wood
  
• Kitchen: double oven, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender and griddle plus all the basics; napkins, paper towels, salt & pepper shakers, dish soap, pots & pans, dishes, glassware, flatware, trash can with bags and pot holders. Also available are mixing bowls, cookie sheets, various cooking/cutlery utensils, foil, condiments, colander, ice cube trays, cheese grater and several cookbooks. Bring: food, spices, drinks and kitchen towels (with the grocery store at the bottom of our street – a short walk or really short drive - it is convenient to grab anything you might forget)
  
• Dining Room: table with chairs and bench for additional seating plus bar with seating for 3.
  
• Deck: gas BBQ/smoker with propane tank and utensils, picnic table and 2 benches.
  
• Bedrooms: 2 queen bed and 2 full bed rooms, closets with hangers, radio/alarm clocks in each with iPod docking station in master. Comforters and extra blankets, along with 2 bed guard rails, for smaller children, are also available. Bring: pillows and sheets.
  
• Bathrooms: toilets with toilet paper, sinks with hand soap and tubs with showers in both bathrooms. A blow drier is also available. Bring: hand and body towels as well as personal toiletries.
  
• Game Room: air hockey table, board games, playing cards, poker chips and puzzles for all ages. Various toys and a multi-level parking garage with cars and tool bench are also available for little ones.
  
• Bar/Pool/Poker Room: wet bar, pool table, poker table, TV, stereo (radio & 5 cd player), gas fireplace and lots of bar/beer signs.
  
  BEYOND CRESTLINE: Lake Silverwood, 15 minutes out highway 138 with camping, boating and skiing, Lake Arrowhead, 15 minutes up highway 18 with the Village and lots of shopping and restaurants, Ski Resorts from 30-60minutes depending on location, Snow Valley in Running Springs, Snow Summit and Big Bear Mountain in Big Bear and Mountain High in Wrightwood.

Entry - STAIRWAY TO PARADISE: With 52 steps to the front door you may feel a bit winded when you first arrive. But the peaceful seclusion on the 800 sf. deck and spacious mountain home are well worth the effort.

1st Level - Fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining area, game room, 3 bedrooms and bathroom on the main level.
